Cancellation and Lateness Policy
To insure the best possible service at Serrano’s Barber Lounge, our barbers work within a strict schedule due to high demand for our services. In order to respect that schedule and our customers, we ask everyone to be on time for their appointments. If you can’t be at your appointment on time because of an unexpected delay please contact your barber directly or the shop at (717-355-5002) or email us at info@serranosbarberlounge.com. After 15 minutes, it will up to your barber to decide if he can still fit you in his schedule.
Please note that for all appointments cancelled less than 24 hour notice, fees representing 50% of the services will be added to the next visit.
